Detail-oriented, operations-minded luxury sales professional wanted.

Our 14,000-sq-ft Lighthouse Point flagship represents many of the world's most respected jewelry and watch houses. The Opportunity
We're looking for a luxury sales professional to work alongside our Sales Director in leading the sales floor — while actively selling, building relationships, and developing a personal book of business.
This is not an office role. It's floor leadership: hands-on, client-facing, and connected to the team. We want someone with exceptional attention to detail who anticipates needs before being asked.
What You'll Do
Lead from the floor — visible, engaged, actively selling
Own the client experience — every guest welcomed and cared for
Coach in the moment — develop the team, reinforce luxury selling standards
Create accountability — follow through on CRM activity and client follow-ups, in partnership with our CRM manager
Anticipate needs — spot opportunities and issues before they become problems
Champion clienteling — wish lists, appointments, notes, and follow-up strategy
Open and close with precision — accurate transactions and sales operations
Protect the showroom — presentation, organization, and professionalism standards
Who You Are
You may come from luxury jewelry, watches, fashion, hospitality, private banking, high-end real estate, or another relationship-driven luxury environment. What matters most is how you deliver.
You're floor-aware and naturally observant. Anticipatory, not reactive. Exceptionally organized. A confident, inspiring leader. Comfortable coaching and holding others accountable. Calm under pressure. Never satisfied with "good enough."

Base salary $65,000–$90,000+ based on experience, plus commission and incentives package — total compensation potential $100,000–$150,000 plus.
