Job description
Sun Tan City is seeking a motivated Assistant Salon Director to lead a fast-paced tanning salon in Fort Dodge. You will supervise Tanning Consultants, drive client-centric service, and ensure operational excellence to meet productivity goals.
The role rewards strong leadership with coaching, performance coaching, and participation in bonuses based on store results. Prior retail management and customer service experience are preferred.
