Assistant Storage ManagerDaffodil Storage is currently seeking a part-time Assistant Storage Manager for our location in Puyallup. We're looking for dependable, customer-focused individuals who want to contribute to a growing company that values teamwork, exceptional service, and positive customer relationships.Assistant Manager ResponsibilitiesAnswer incoming phone callsRespond to customer questions and concerns promptly, professionally, and in accordance with company policiesAssist with rent collection and account follow-upPromote and sell retail products while maintaining product knowledgeOperate the point-of-sale system and accurately handle cash transactionsMaintain a clean, organized, and professional office environmentSupport maintenance staff and help ensure the property and vacant units remain clean and well maintainedAssist with renting moving trucks ranging from 16' to 26' (limited on-site driving required)QualificationsStrong commitment to providing excellent customer serviceComfortable explaining and recommending company products and servicesAbility to follow company procedures and policiesValid driver's license and reliable transportation requiredAbility to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment while managing multiple transactionsFlexible availability to work any day of the week between 8:30 AM and 6:30 PM (Monday–Sunday)Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screeningWhat We OfferIndependent and supportive work environmentOpportunities for internal growth and career developmentPaid Time Off (PTO)Pay Rate: $20–$21 per hour
