Job description
Rally House is seeking an Assistant Coach to act as the Assistant Store Manager, supporting store performance by ensuring standards are executed and by developing the team. This role drives day‑to‑day outcomes, supports training, and helps maintain a guest‑focused environment under the Head Coach.
The ideal candidate will lead talent attraction and onboarding, coach performance, and ensure adherence to safety and operational policies across all shifts in a fast‑paced sports retail setting.
