Job description
Rally House is seeking an Assistant Coach to support the Store Manager in delivering guest-focused experiences and achieving daily store results. You will help train and coach the team, maintain standards, and ensure operations run smoothly.
This role requires 3+ years of retail experience with leadership responsibilities, willingness to work 40 hours per week including weekends and holidays, and a passion for sports and community.
