Job description
Meijer South Detroit Market is seeking an Assistant Store Director to oversee day-to-day operations, guiding the store and staff to deliver an exceptional shopping experience.
You will lead performance management, recruit and develop leaders, and collaborate with store leadership to meet sales and profitability targets while upholding Meijer’s Care and Accountability values across the team.
This role requires 5+ years in retail leadership and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
