The Assistant Store Manager collaborates with the Store Manager to run a 24/7 retail fuel site, delivering excellent guest service, managing inventories, and supervising team members. In this full-time role, you will assume Store Manager duties in their absence, recruit and train staff, oversee cash handling and reports, and ensure safety compliance while maintaining store appearance and performance
