Summary
Assistant Store Manager to join the Abbot Kinney store team in Venice, CA. Lead the sales cycle, manage and develop a team of sales specialists, and maintain exceptional visual brand standards. Drive results through CRM, store events, and daily KPI management while providing an elevated customer experience.
Responsibilities
Lead the sales cycle through every step of the process
Manage, coach, and inspire a team of sales specialists to meet daily goals
Drive sales performance through CRM, store events, and KPI tracking
Act as a style advisor and deliver a customer centric experience
Maintain exceptional visual brand and merchandising standards
Oversee day to day store operations and clienteling activities
Requirements
Advanced knowledge of fashion trends with a keen interest in eyewear
3+ years experience in flagship level retail sales, clienteling, hospitality, and store management
Proven experience driving results through CRM and store events
Strong business acumen and ability to drive results through KPIs
Proven success training, coaching, and developing team performance
Excellent written and verbal communication; self sufficient and flexible
