Kay Jewelers Outlet at Allen Premium Outlets is looking for a dynamic, driven Assistant Store Manager to help lead its team in Allen, TX. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will partner with the Store Manager to drive daily operations, focusing on individual and team achievement of sales and profit goals. Key responsibilities include:
Fostering an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction
Developing team members' product knowledge and skills through training and evaluation
Assisting with recruiting and selection of team members
Upholding all company policies and executing strategic operational duties
Key Qualifications
Minimum of one year of retail experience, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer
Proficiency in operating POS terminals, scanners, and basic computer software and hardware
Ability to interpret instructions delivered in written, oral, diagram, and schedule formats
Flexible availability to work days, nights, and weekends
