Job description
NAPA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Frazer Township, PA to apply automotive knowledge and leadership to support the Store Manager across all store functions while actively handling customer-facing sales. This role is designed as a developmental path toward becoming a Store Manager, with potential overtime and keyholder responsibilities opening and closing the store.
You will lead daily operations, manage inventory accuracy, scheduling, and coaching of staff.
