Job description
NAPA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a fast-paced retail team and partner with the Store Manager to grow sales and profitability. You will drive customer service excellence, coach crew members, and ensure operational standards across the store and back areas.
You will build relationships with customers, resolve questions, manage inventory and safety, and help execute company programs to optimize performance and growth. This is an in-person, full-time role in a dynamic market.
