Job description
NAPA in Redlands seeks an Assistant Store Manager to leverage automotive knowledge and leadership to run daily store operations. You will support the Store Manager, drive customer relations, oversee inventory, and coordinate deliveries while maintaining high service standards.
The role involves coaching teammates, executing opening/closing duties, and staying adaptable in a fast-paced retail setting. A development path toward becoming a Store Manager is provided.
