Compensation:
$25–$28/hour + commission
Employment Type: Full-Time
We are seeking a fashion-forward and sales-driven Assistant Store Manager to join a contemporary luxury fashion environment in Belmont, NY. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong retail leader who is passionate about fashion, client relationships, and creating an elevated in-store experience.
Responsibilities
Support the Store Manager in leading daily store operations and the sales team.
Drive sales and work toward achieving store and individual KPIs.
Lead by example on the sales floor and provide exceptional client service.
Coach and motivate associates to improve selling skills, product knowledge, and clienteling.
Build and maintain strong client relationships and support outreach initiatives.
Assist with scheduling, staffing, opening/closing procedures, and daily operational needs.
Maintain high standards for visual merchandising, store presentation, and overall brand experience.
Support inventory management, stock organization, and shipment processing.
Assist with onboarding and training new team members.
Handle customer concerns and provide solutions in a professional and thoughtful manner.
Support store events, activations, and other business initiatives.
Qualifications
Previous experience in an Assistant Store Manager, Keyholder, or similar leadership role within fashion or luxury retail.
Strong sales background with a proven ability to drive business.
Fashion-forward and able to authentically represent the brand.
Strong clienteling and relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to coach and motivate a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
Strong understanding of luxury customer service and the fashion retail landscape. xqrzhdi
Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends and peak retail periods.
