Job description
PLS in Cypress, TX is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to provide leadership for daily store operations, deliver outstanding customer service, meet operating objectives, and follow company policies. The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager and guides the team to perform at their best.
You will recruit, develop, and motivate staff, ensure compliance with regulations, manage cash handling and scheduling, analyze sales trends, and participate in community marketing to grow market share.
