Job description
Oakley is seeking a full-time Sales Supervisor at Coronado Center in Albuquerque, NM to learn store operations and lead the team to deliver top customer service and sales results.
In this role you will work closely with the store manager to train staff, manage schedules, and ensure visual standards and loss prevention. The ideal candidate has retail leadership experience, strong communication skills, and the stamina to stand and lift as needed.
