Job description
Crosby’s Stores is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help lead daily operations and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. You’ll support the Team Leader in creating a clean, welcoming store that drives sales and preserves Crosby’s standards.
You will supervise team members, manage staffing, and assist with inventory, payroll, and safety compliance to ensure a smooth operation and great customer experiences every day.
