Job description
Mejuri is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in the Tysons, VA area to lead in-store operations and partner with the Store Manager to deliver an exceptional customer experience. You’ll drive sales, manage inventory and merchandising, and coach a high-energy team in a fast-growing retail environment.
You’ll oversee scheduling, onboarding, and training, ensuring layout and displays meet brand standards while achieving KPIs like NPS and conversion.
