Job description
HOKA store in New York seeks an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager, drive sales, improve conversion, and deliver an outstanding customer journey. You will lead daily operations, open/close, organize staffing, and ensure asset protection while representing the Deckers Brands with energy.
You will recruit, onboard and train team members, coach performance, manage visual standards, and support in-store events.
