Job description
Marc Jacobs International in Ontario Mills, Ontario, CA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations, lead the team, manage merchandise, and drive sales while delivering inclusive client experiences.
You will lead on the selling floor, coach staff, ensure visual standards, assist in recruiting and training, and help meet KPIs and store profitability, including scheduling for evenings, weekends and holidays.
