AKIRA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Orlando to lead a dynamic sales team and deliver a world-class styling experience. You will drive performance, coach staff, and uphold AKIRA's standards in every shift.
This full-time role requires at least 1 year in retail, leadership potential, and a passion for fashion. You’ll partner with management to recruit, train, and motivate the team while ensuring store operations, visuals, and customer service meet AKIRA's high expectations.
