Journeys is seeking a Co-Manager in Reno to assist the Store Manager and Manager In Training with recruiting, hiring, training, and guiding store personnel to achieve sales goals, control expenses, and protect company assets.
The role emphasizes promoting from within, a fun team environment, integrity and passion, and a comprehensive benefits/discount package. Expect a 45-hour week with some night and weekend shifts and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
