Job description
Journeys Cape Cod Mall Hyannis is seeking candidates for a Store Leadership role to support the Store Manager and Manager In Training in recruiting, hiring, training, and managing store personnel to achieve sales goals and protect company assets.
You will be involved in attracting top talent, training a successful sales team, coaching staff, and enforcing company policies, while delivering a fun, full-service customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
