Job description
Journeys Kidz in Richmond, VA is seeking candidates to assist the Store Manager and Manager In Training with recruiting, hiring, training, and managing store personnel to meet sales goals and protect assets.
candidates should be prepared to work 45 hours per week, including nights and weekends, and lift up to 50 pounds. Age requirement is 18+. Training programs pave the way toward Co-Manager or similar leadership roles.
