Job description
Journeys in Cumberland Mall, Vineland, NJ is seeking a Co-Manager/Assistant Manager to support recruiting, training and supervising a high-energy sales team. This role focuses on achieving store and personal sales goals while controlling expenses and protecting company assets.
You will help recruit, train, coach and develop staff, supervise daily operations, and ensure excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail setting. 45 hours/week, night/weekend shifts required.
