Journeys in Williamsburg, VA is seeking a Co-Manager candidate to support Store Manager and Training Manager in recruiting, hiring, and coaching staff to drive sales and protect company assets. The role includes supervising daily operations and ensuring loss prevention practices are followed.
Candidate should be able to work 45 hours per week, including nights and weekends, and complete all training programs leading to the Co-Manager position.
