Job description
Journeys Kidz Plaza at King of Prussia is seeking a Store Support role to assist the Store Manager and Manager in Training with recruiting, hiring, training, and managing store personnel to achieve sales goals and protect assets.
You will help recruit and train a strong sales team, coach staff, and ensure company policies are followed while delivering a fun, full-service experience to customers. The role requires commitment to Journeys culture and development of talent.
