Job description
Journeys is a teen retail leader with an emphasis on footwear and apparel, offering a fast-paced, in-store experience where self-expression is encouraged. This role supports the Store Manager and Manager In Training in recruiting, hiring and training a high-performing sales team to meet store sales goals and protect company assets.
As part of the Journeys team, you will help train staff, enforce policies, and ensure initiatives are implemented according to company direction.
