Job description
Journeys seeks a Store Manager in Training to assist in recruiting, hiring, and training store personnel to achieve sales goals, control expenses, and protect company assets.
You will help develop a high-performing sales team, provide coaching, enforce policies, and ensure initiatives align with Journeys’ direction. The role requires leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to work 45 hours weekly, including nights and weekends.
