Job description
Buff City Soap is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a busy Makery and front-house operations. You will drive client-centric service, supervise daily workflows, and uphold a clean, energetic store environment to meet productivity goals.
You’ll coach Team Members and coordinate inventory, sales reporting, and training to deliver an exceptional guest experience. College education is optional; management or sales experience is preferred.
