Job description
Goodwill-Easter Seals Minnesota is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Willmar, MN to lead daily store operations, maximize donations and drive sales while delivering exceptional customer service. You will supervise staff, ensure adherence to policies, and foster a positive work environment that supports employees and the community.
The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience and preferred Bachelor’s or Associate degree.
