Join us as the Assistant Store Manager - Full-time at Shoe Carnival, Inc.
We’re looking for a dedicated and driven leader to help drive sales, deliver outstanding customer service, and support a vibrant, fashion-forward retail environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Store Manager in all operational and leadership aspects of the store.
Drive sales and customer satisfaction.
Train and coach store associates.
Help maintain store appearance and merchandising standards.
Manage inventory and handle logistics.
Requirements:
2+ years of retail sales or customer service experience.
Previous supervisory experience preferred (not required).
Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
Customer service-oriented with a solid understanding of basic business management processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation:
Starting Wage: $16.15
