Responsibilities
Assist the Store Manager in all operational and leadership aspects of the store.
Drive sales and ensure superior customer satisfaction.
Train and coach store associates.
Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards.
Manage inventory and handle logistics.
Requirements
2+ years of retail sales or customer service experience.
Previous supervisory experience preferred but not required.
Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
Customer‑service oriented with knowledge of basic business management processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation and Benefits
Starting Wage: $16.15 per hour.
