Job Title: Assistant Store Manager – Glencoe Location
About Frankie’s On The Park: Frankie’s On The Park is a multi-location fashion and lifestyle boutique for girls, tweens, teens and women, carrying a curated mix of the best brands alongside our own exclusive collections. With stores in Chicago, Los Angeles, San Francisco and now Glencoe, our teams work closely across markets on customer experience, merchandising, inventory, e-commerce, events and marketing. Our Glencoe team will be an important part of the broader Frankie’s network while building a strong local presence and community on the North Shore.
Overall Job Function: Support the Store Manager in day-to-day sales, operations and team leadership at Frankie’s On The Park’s Glencoe location. Serve as a key sales associate and client-development partner, helping create an organized, energetic and highly shoppable store while building relationships with local girls, tweens, teens, women and their families. The Assistant Store Manager will also support merchandise receiving, replenishment, e-commerce fulfillment, local events and social content as needed. Full-time or part-time, depending on candidate experience and availability. Weekday and weekend availability required.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
· Serve as a Key Holder with flexible weekday and weekend availability, supporting daily store opening, closing and operational responsibilities.
· Work closely with customers to deliver a best-in-class boutique shopping experience and help the team reach weekly and monthly sales goals.
· Support the Store Manager with client development, customer outreach, staff support, POS operations and day-to-day store needs.
· Help maintain an organized and visually compelling sales floor, including replenishment, floor-set changes, outfit vignettes and mannequin styling.
· Assist with receiving new merchandise, organizing backstock and getting new product onto the sales floor quickly.
· Support e-commerce fulfillment and online order processing as needed.
· Brainstorm and execute customer outreach opportunities to drive traffic and sales.
· Assist with local events, pop-ups, trunk shows and community partnerships.
· Partner with the marketing team and Store Manager on localized social content, customer photoshoots and other campaigns.
· Serve as the Glencoe store’s key point person for localized social media and content creation, working closely with Frankie’s marketing team to regularly capture engaging in-store content.
· Film and create TikTok, Instagram and other social content featuring new arrivals, styling, customers, store happenings, events and relevant trends.
· Engage with Frankie’s social media handles in downtime to improvement engagement and overall platform health.
· Step into additional leadership responsibilities when the Store Manager is not present.
Qualifications / Experience:
· Outstanding interpersonal skills; you have to be a people person for this role!
· Prior fashion retail experience preferred; leadership or key-holder experience is a plus.
· Trustworthy, dependable and team-oriented with an excellent work ethic.
· Can-do attitude and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
· Comfortable working with girls, tweens, teens and moms, who are a core part of our customer base.
· Experience receiving merchandise and managing backstock is a plus.
· Understanding of TikTok, Instagram and social media trends, with an interest in content creation.
· Knowledge of the girls/tween/teen fashion market and relevant brands is a plus.
· Experience with Shopify is a plus.
· Flexible weekday and weekend availability is required.
