Job description
Tecovas is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager in Las Vegas to lead a team and manage total store operations. You will support product flow, apply merchant and customer service skills, and create a premier in-store experience for first-time boot buyers and western enthusiasts.
You will help recruit and train staff, uphold visual merchandising standards, and ensure high-quality service while maintaining strong loss prevention practices across the store.
