Job description
The Salvation Army in Madison, WI seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations, supervision, and sales growth. This full-time role includes evenings, weekends and holiday scheduling, with a focus on community impact and program support through the store team.
You will participate in staff training, budgeting, safety compliance, and customer relations while delivering a positive shopping experience and promoting the Salvation Army mission in the local area.
