Job description
Baskin-Robbins is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in planning, directing and controlling daily store operations. You will supervise staff handling inventory, merchandising, losses and scheduling to ensure smooth shifts and service excellence.
You will assist with product ordering, sales plans to maximize revenue, and ensure the store complies with state and federal laws and regulations, delivering a positive guest experience at all times.
