Job Title: Assistant Store Manager
Hourly Pay: $20 - $28/hour
Summary: We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Store Manager to support the overall management and operations of our store. In this role, you will assist the Store Manager in running day-to-day operations, supervising staff, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities
Assist the Store Manager in overseeing all store operations, including staff supervision, sales, and inventory management
Lead, train, and motivate a team of retail associates to meet and exceed sales goals
Ensure high standards of customer service by addressing customer needs and resolving issues in a timely manner
Help manage store inventory, including stock ordering, receiving, and organization
Monitor sales performance and provide feedback to staff to improve results
Assist with visual merchandising and store displays to attract customers and boost sales
Handle opening and closing of the store, including cash handling and security procedures
Foster a positive and productive work environment that aligns with company values
Qualifications
Previous experience in retail management or as an assistant store manager is preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to handle customer complaints and difficult situations professionally
Proven experience in sales and achieving business targets
Proficiency in inventory management and point-of-sale (POS) systems
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
