Job description
Pandora is seeking an Assistant Store Manager at our Holyoke Mall location. You will support the Store Manager, lead a high-energy sales team on the floor, and deliver exceptional guest experiences that build brand loyalty.
You are a results-driven leader with at least 2 years in high-performance retail. You will coach staff, drive sales through genuine connections with fans, and uphold Pandora's brand standards while managing daily store operations and schedules.
