Job description
Peet’s Coffee is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in San Jose, CA. This developmental role supports the Store Manager and leads a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving sales and operational excellence.
You will work 40 hours per week, with early mornings, evenings, and weekends. The role includes coaching, staffing, inventory control, and a focus on policy compliance and safety. Growth opportunities include a Store Manager path and tuition scholarships.
