Job description
Journeys is looking for a motivated leader to assist the Store Manager and Manager In Training in recruiting, training, and managing personnel to hit sales goals, control expenses, and protect assets. You will help develop a high-performing team in a fast-paced retail setting.
The role requires coaching, strong customer service, and adherence to company policies, with opportunities for advancement and a comprehensive benefits package. Must be 18+. 45 hours/week, including nights and weekends.
