Job description
Sephora Gaithersburg is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help run daily store operations, lead a team, and elevate the client experience. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, mentor staff, and ensure Sephora standards are met in a dynamic, high-volume setting.
The role requires on-site work at 225 Ellington Blvd and availability evenings, weekends, and holidays. A strong track record in retail leadership, customer engagement, and team development is essential.
