Majors Management is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to oversee day-to-day store operations onsite in Nashville. You will train and develop a team that delivers a superior guest experience while achieving sales goals.
Responsibilities include coaching staff, enforcing company standards, and managing schedules, expense controls, and store performance to maximize profitability. A high school diploma and retail experience are required.
