Job description
JCPenney is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Kentucky to support the Store Manager in building a high-performing team and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You’ll help execute store operations, maintain visuals, and develop managers, associates, and customers daily.
You will partner with the Store Manager on action plans, demonstrate product knowledge, and train team members to ensure outstanding service and results in a fast-paced apparel environment.
