Ross Dress for Less is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to oversee daily store operations and partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, staffing and customer service excellence.
You will supervise Associates, ensure scheduling, payroll, and compliance with company policies, and help recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team in a fast-paced retail environment. English fluency and weekend/evening availability required.
