Job description
O’Reilly Auto Parts in Craig, Colorado is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance and operations. You will lead the team during shifts and ensure service excellence for both retail and professional customers.
Responsibilities include staffing, coaching, recruiting tasks, scheduling interviews, processing returns, invoicing merchandise, and ensuring store procedures and security procedures are followed.
