Job description
Goodwill of the Heartland is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager in Cedar Rapids, IA to lead and support a retail team, delivering excellent customer service to shoppers, donors and teammates while maintaining an inviting, well-merchandised store. The ASM will assist the Store Manager with training, documentation and safety, and provide supervision in the manager's absence.
A rotating schedule includes morning, afternoon, evening and weekend shifts; one year of related full-time
