Job description
AutoZone is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to energize the team, support daily store operations, and drive sales in a fast-paced retail environment. You’ll lead with strong communication, develop talent, and ensure WOW! customer service across the floor.
In this role, you’ll recruit, supervise, train, and coach associates, manage merchandising, inventory, and POS processes, and uphold safety and company standards to deliver exceptional results.
