Miniso in Ballwin, MO is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations, coach a team, and drive sales while maintaining high standards. You will lead a team of Shift Leads and Sales Associates, promote the membership program, and ensure exceptional customer service.
