Job description
Sephora is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to be the heartbeat of the store in Fresno, leading the team and elevating client experiences. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to ensure smooth daily operations, drive sales and profitability, and coach staff to deliver Sephora’s signature service in a fast-paced retail environment.
Availability includes evenings, weekends, and holidays; on-site at 638 W Shaw Ave Ste. 59, Fresno, CA 93704.
