Job description
Sephora at NC-Crabtree Mall in Raleigh, NC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead the team, elevate client experience, and drive sales in a fast-paced beauty retailer. You will work with the Store Manager to ensure store operations run smoothly and the client experience remains exceptional.
You will recruit, coach, and develop staff, uphold Sephora standards, and engage with the local community to grow the business while delivering outstanding service.
